This was my second Wax and Wane candle and I will definitely buy them in future, as both experiences have been entirely positive. These are very long lasting so a good value. The scents are strong enough to be noticed but not at all overpowering; they are natural and smell like essential oils rather than other added perfumes the way many soy wax candles do (even when they are billed otherwise). These candles are well-made, elegant and understated; the packaging is very classy--I would not hesitate to give these as gifts and their boxes really don't need any extra wrapping the way they are shipped. This particular candle, Juniper and Cedar, really smells like those things (surprising how often that is not true) with the cedar coming through distinctly; the bottom notes blend in very gently and organically. This would be lovely as a winter holiday candle but it does not scream holidays--it's great for all year 'round for those of us who love these woody and green scents.Received one of these as a teacher gift last year and have now spent a small fortune purchasing more for myself and as gifts. Love everything about this candle...amazing scent that stays true for the entire burn and a sturdy container that can handle burning the wax to the last drop.I love these candles, and this one in particular. It smells like central Oregon - really captures that essence. And yes, they do burn down all the way, and they last a long time. Love!I love these candles!
